I can't tell from the picture how bad it is. Your call on if you finish the season out with it or not. But get it fixed I've never seen one get any better.

Update on this for everyone: Brian Dudley was kind enough to address this for me, and his reputation precedes himself. I had to consult my "before" pictures to even locate the area where the damage had been. Fantastic work.

Thanks for the mention Dylan.
The crack was really very minimal. And did not need much work at all. The fact that the trigger guard screw went right through the cracked area is what held it together so well when you took the fall. And I knew that since the damage was caused by a fall, and not shooting, that it would be fine going forward after the repair. The bigger issue was the fact that the action was very filthy inside. But I took care of that while I had it too.
