Very, very close in coverage and execution of engraving.
I do, however, prefer Joe Loy's dogs' heads and faces over those on the Parker. Thanks for those comparisons Bruce. .

Just to pick a nit -- A Parker Bros. CH was a $150 gun, while the Lefever E-Grade was their $100 price point gun, more a match to a DH Parker. The C-Grade was the Lefever $150 gun.
Still, both guns shown are great guns and fine examples of their dog styles. |

Nor do I, but it is my firm belief that those are his dogs. It is a known fact that most engravers, even the best like Loy, didn't sign all their work, especially on the lower grade Guns.
