Parker 28 gauges in .020 constriction are full. Your gun was probably ordered at modified and full. Have you gotten a PGCA letter? What is your serial number? Dave made a good guess, most early 28 gauges are nominal .550s. I have not measured any late 28s, but assume they are the same.

Thank you Bill this a Delgreco restoration they may have opened up the chokes I got it from Cabelas' a couple years ago the barrels are 26 in.
