I know it won't have the original purchaser on record for this grade of gun, but will it possibly have the retailer who sold it as new. depending on how/by whom the order was placed it may state the individual or the company that placed the order.
I would expect that the lower the grade the more likely a gun was part of a company order- for stock, but even some D's and above show only the company name. I still find it interesting to know that a gun has survived over a hundred years in a small geographical area.
