The stock on this gun is not original for sure.

The engraving is a complete head scratcher. There is very little about it that looks typical for Parkers. The scroll work, the prominent use of stippling and the shading cuts. The closest to this that came from Parker was the engraving that was done on SC single trap guns. But even that is very different from this gun.

I am not saying that it is not factory right, but it is VERY out of the ordinary, especially for that grade of gun. I would be really curious about what a letter may say about the gun.

The flat rib solid rib is a rare feature as well, they are out there, but not many of them.
