Low pressure 28 gauge

What do y’all consider low pressure in 28 gauge?

TIA

I think anything under 8k is light.

If you can get it much below 10k you really have to choose your components carefully. It's just not a low pressure gauge. My loads are between 10-11k and I've been shooting them out of a OO frame Parker for 40+ years.

Thank you

That's the reason I never purchased any vintage 28 for serious shooting, even though it is one of my two favorite gauges.

Don't let that scare you off Arthur. Parker did develop the 28ga if I remember correctly and it's always been a high pressure load so go ahead and pull the trigger. You'll love the gauge.
