New Parker Owner..I am Hooked. I would lke to get opinion on new gun
I picked up my first Parker at auction. It is a VHE with a Miller single trigger. It was re-done years ago with awesome wood and custom engraving. Serial number is 178278 made in 1917. I took it on it's first hunt and it shot great. It is choked Cyl/Cyl but I have a pointing dog so I had no problems. I got the gun for about what it would cost to put in a Miller single trigger so I am very happy. Please give me your input.

Its a little crazy for a parker but I kinda like it.

I do like the dogs.

You bought an upgraded/custom Parker for short money. Congratulations!
It certainly looks like a nice gun. For the price of a Miller trigger I would have bought that gun! Please know it will have no collector value but who cares. So long as you are happy with your custom Parker. I know I would be. Mark |
If I had seen that gun on a table at a gun show, it would be at my house now. Great American Walnut. The Book says it's a 28" 16 gauge.

quite tastefully done. I would have had the frame color hardened instead of blued. That's one reason I never warmed up to the Model 21.

You have a great gun to hunt with and appreciate and at the end of the day it's a Parker. Great buy congratulations.
