Hello everyone!!!

I've been lurking around here for quite some time and finally got around to joining. This website has provided me a wealth of information and I'm happy to officially be a part of the family. I grew up in eastern Montana where there were lots of birds and I've spent most of my adult life in Arkansas where there are very few birds. I enjoy shooting, and buying guns...I must confess, I am an addict:)

I have a Trojan sn 186165, a GH sn 60483, and a few other Non Parkers.

Welcome Casey, great to have you as a member. Tell us more about your Trojan and your GH. Any family history or interesting stories of where you found them?

Casey, welcome aboard to a great group of people who know lots about Parkers and shotguns in general. Could we see some photos of your Parkers?

Dennis

Thanks for the warm welcome. I'll try and post some pictures in a little bit.

I have no special stories to share about my Parkers. I haven't used them for boat paddles, sledge hammers, or baseball bats and they don't seem to possess any magical powers. I've been a gun nut since I was a little boy and I remember my Dad always talking about Browning Superposed and Parkers. The Good Lord has blessed our finances the past few years and I'm finally able to spoil myself a little.

Hopefully the pictures made it with the message. :vconfused:

If they did, there's the GH, Trojan, Sterlingworth, and a French Job.

Nothing real special but I like and shoot them all.
The GH had the stock replaced and maybe the trigger guard.
The Trojan is original and tight but the stock was cut off a little.
The Sterlingworth is all original, looks pretty good but is a little loose. I shim it with a piece of feeler gauge.
The French gun is a 16 ga, shoots great and only weighs about 5-1/2 lbs. :)

Some nice guns you have there. A slightly loose sterlingworth? I've yet to come across one of those.

Welcome to the forum!
