5:50 walked into my two decoys looking lonely. Opening morning for the area at my farm. Biggest jake I've shot. Weighed 15 + lbs. with head and legs on the table on each side of the scales. The dog was not part of the action. She just likes to get her picture taken and she likes turkeys.

A Day of Woodcock hunting in one of my favorite coverts ,with my Best Buddy Chip and my Favorite Parker !In the Third pic. if you look at the center top ,you can see the Woodcock zipping out between the Branches mean while Chip is holding steady at the bottom of the picture ! We were on our way out and already had a limit of Birds when Chip hit this one hard ,I grabbed my camera and had time enough to walk in to flush and get the picture !

Turkeys up to roost for the night.
Grouse do it too but they roost in evergreens for protection from owls.

That's right Calvin, his final season. If you're asking about the beeper, it's a Lovett, runs on a season lasting 9v disposible, no training componant. It's the most reliable piece of dog electrics I have, had it for years.

Again, I know how you feel Fred I think that is a capital name my next dog is going to be Ringo. A beeper great idea. ch
