I hope this is the correct place to post this. I have a set of barrels that have a slightly out of round muzzle on one barrel, I’d like to get this fixed and also have the choke reamed out to a modified choke from its current full choke. Can y’all recommend a good gunsmith to contact?

Dean Harris owner of SKEETS is excellent. He is located in TAHLEQUAH, OK. Dean is a professional and is as honest as they come.

Maybe the "out-of-round" muzzle was done to facilitate a nice horizontal pattern for those crossing birds? Just asking.

You could do it yourself with a tapered slug such as a ring mandrel or even the properly shaped plumb-bob would work. It would take a matter of a minute or two.

That may fix the out-of-round muzzle but it obviously won't ream the choke from F to M.

I agree with Mike. The slightly out of round may have come from the factory.
