That looks right tasty, I could eat that any day. Looks like there's plenty of meds handy in the event something goes south:rotf:

When you’re type 2 diabetic I think that’s a pretty normal thing ! Take six pills in the AM and three at dinner  Dinner however was rather tastey if I say so myself ! I have vanilla ice cream in the freezer but sorry to say no Frangelica :banghead:

That back strap incidentally was not only cooked on top the stove , 2-3 minutes per side to sear then eight minutes at 375 in the oven on bake .

Thawed out the other back strap from the deer I cooked the back strap the other day . Got all the silver skin off and seasoned it this morning and back in the frig . Also cut up broccoli, bell peppers and an onion for stir fry . Then around 17:30 I started the stir fry and some Mac n cheese . Got both of them taken care of and seared the back strap on all three sides then backed at 375 for 8 1/2 minutes . And to no surprise it was tastey again !

Who's sweat was used for the "sweat and sour stir fry"? Asking for a friend.
