Arcas, our Griff, and I owe a big thank you to PGCA. Last fall someone posted/asked what would be on member’s Christmas list. I had a few responses, one was for an 0-frame 16. A very kind member PM’ed me and said he had one he was willing to part with and the rest was history. I shot some clays with her and then put her away until our annual October trip to northern NE for grouse and woodcock. We were graced with a wonderful point, a favorable flush and this woodcock was brought to hand. The tradition continues. Such a lovely Parker to carry. Thank you to the Parker member who passed this along to me at a fair price. I endeavor to take care of her until I pass it along…hope that won’t be for a while. There’s hope for a grouse and then a pheasant in SD in November. PGCA is a great organization. Hope I can meet some of you in person some day! Or bump into you in a woodcock covert.

I was planning on carrying my 0 frame GH 16 in northern NH last weekend as well. Unfortunately family matters made me uncomfortable being 14 hours from home. I was able to carry it in northern lower Michigan this weekend and harvest a woodcock with it. Northern NH is a beautiful place.

Chris, excellent hunt. It's not how many, it's how...and with a nice Parker is extra special. I carried one of my 0 frame 16s on my recent short grouse hunt in SE Minnesota. The 0 frame feels really nice in hand, doesn't it?

It just mounts to the shoulder automatically. And a br eye to carry. Love it.

26" 0 frame 16.....few things in life better. If I had to own only 1 shotgun mine would be the last one left in the safe.
