That is English Laminated Steel.

But upon closer examination it could be one of the lesser known Bernard patterns. I have those barrel segment pages on my laptop but I’m away from my laptop at the moment.

I have an HnR SxS with the same pattern.

Very nice Craig!
It's a 2 Iron Bernard, probably "Rose Pattern Bernard II" similar to the pattern on Parker C grades, which were 3 Iron

Yes, that is the sample segment from Ken Waite's Manufacture Liegeoise D'Armes A Feu Salesman's Samples and is 3 Iron
