Made pheasant stir fry at the shop today . And used Veri Veri Teryaki sauce . I like using broccoli in it but one of the guys suffers from kidney stones so I opted for no broccoli . But it did have plenty snap peas , carrots , onions and red peppers . With no complaints aired I’d say it was a success .

I’ve used three of them . They used to sell it in the local Food Kitty but stopped for some reason so I ordered $75 worth off their webpage today .

I’d never thought of using this stuff in stir fry , but we were at Rasawek once this past season and the guy that cooks lunch there did a quail stir fry using Veri Veri Teryaki . I’ve used it and the Tropical version many times for chicken or beef Teryaki . Even gone so far as taking a few bottles to the Philippines and doing beef or chicken Teryaki . This summer if I’m able to get there I’ll make chicken stir fry for them .

Craig, since you are cooking in the shop try adding some Hoppe's #9 to the mix for that extra zip!

Made another stir fry this afternoon with Veri Veri but used as Mr. Allgood calls them “Red Legged Partridge”, look like chukers to me but whatever . Used a touch less Teryaki sauce as I think the partridge have a lighter taste than do the pen raised pheasants . Anyway I had no problems choking the stuff down
