I spent our opener in the chair of an Ear, Nose, Throat specialist getting a vein in my nose cauterized (was bleeding badly several times a day for several days). Not the most pleasant experience, certainly not as good has hunting, even if a cold front and rain did push most of our birds out. I got out for a short time yesterday and saw very few birds and had absolutely no shots.

Such is dove hunting for me this year here on public ground in North Missouri.:crying: I hope everyone else has a good opening day.
