Just bought my 1st Parker shotgun. It's a 12 ga DHE with a Miller single trigger. How do I find out if this came from the factory this way ?

Most likely it did not unless it is an extremely high serial number Remington era gun... and even then likely not.

According to the Parker Dating tool it was manufactured in 1930 ...........

James I encourage you to join the PGCA and order a letter on the gun (assuming the data for a letter exists for it). Letters sometimes reveal lots of goodies about a Parker! Oh and post some pics of your gun. We like pics!

I have a GHE pigeon gun with a Miller trigger. Shot quite a few box birds with this gun.
The trigger functioned flawlessly, with a trigger pull/break that is beyond excellent!

Step one, PGCA letter. Let us know what you find out. It did not come from the factory with a Miller trigger.

I just joined the Parker collectors association last week , as soon as I'm notified that my application is approved I'll get a letter on it. The DHE I bought has been sitting in a safe for the last 37 years. It's in very good condition with 30" barrels 12 GA.................................
