Already looking towards next fall and was wondering how well RST’s 12 gauge Bismuth loads work on duck? Thanks.

They work great for geese in my 10 ga EH Parker. Bismuth 2’s. If I am using my Model 12 Heavy Duck (or god forbid black Italian plastic) then I highly recommend Boss.

Although not listed on line, Boss also makes a 16 ga 1 ounce 5's Bismuth, using fiber wads. They are listed at 1200 fps and under 8000 psi. They also make a 1 oz load @ 1380, but I dont want to shoot that. Talk to Sara at Boss about the fiber wad 16's--you can get them in a bulk pack of 100 with free shipping. My buddy wanted some, so we will split up the order when it comes in.

I ordered a case of their #4 12ga 2 3/4 1.25 oz loads for use out of my model 12..... Look'n forward to trying them out.

I am really planning on them for my duck hunts next year. I still have some TM hanging around in 2.5" paper to use up.
