We were in SD near Winner for the pheasant opener and the grouse numbers were the best I have seen in years. The prior 2 years were good but this year was excellent. Also saw lots of water, muddy roads, and a virtual sea of standing corn :cuss:

We were duck hunting by Webster SD and every morning we were straifed by Sharpies. Most we have ever seen out there. No small game license.
