My final weekend of bird dog chasing. Perfect weather minus one afternoon of 45 mph winds. Lots of wild birds to make us walk 13 to 15 miles a day. Sad to see the season end. Had a friend drive from South Carolina who’s new to the Parker world and he had a blast shooting RST shells out of his 16 bore. Can’t wait til next season!

Never seen a snake even when it was in the 80's.

Gosh, I'm envious of an end of season hunt that had weather good enough for some "tailgate time." Shawn, it looks like you know how to enjoy your opportunities and also know how precious they are. Clear skies, good dogs and guns, and health good enough to walk those miles chasing birds -- sounds like heaven to me!

Thanks for posting about your hunts this season. I really enjoyed your photos, too.
