Just returned from a great week of bird hunting in the uplands of Idaho. We chased blue grouse, Huns, chukars, valley quail, ruffed grouse and sharptailed grouse...saw lots of birds and had a great trip with friends, guns and dogs. Great time of year to be in the uplands.

Boy what a beautiful place to hunt. It makes the Eastern part of the country look so crowded and cut up. Such a variety of game birds truly impressive.
