Hey guys,

I'm looking for an appraiser who might be able to look at two Parker shotguns that my father (who has passed) owned. Am just trying to get an idea of what they are worth.

Thanks so much!!!

James, you should really put your address (area or state of residence) in your Member Information so we can tell you from another James Roberts who posts here. If you ever get up North, we'll introduce you. Thanks, and good luck on your appraisal.

Try John Allen, he is a life member here and is in Nashville. Send him a pm.

I'm in Auburn about 100 miles away. I have all the books and every DGJ but one. Unless it's the fourth Invincible I can get you to good estimate.

Michael I am in Lagrange. I lived in Opelika for seven years. That's not to far from you. didn't know there were any PGCA members this close together. I thought Mills was the closest one to me.

I pm'd John Allen (mentioned in a previous post about looking for an appraiser) but haven't heard back. So asking again is just an attempt that maybe a different member will see a new post of the previously posted question and have a different appraisers contact info or lead.

Hey thanks! I have a brother who lives in Auburn that I see from time to time. Next time I head that way, I'll pm ya beforehand and see if you're available that day!!!!

No problem, just bring your Parkers, by the way are they Hammer of Hammerless?

Or you could post good quality photos and full descriptions, and the members here can and will give you a good idea of the value of what you have.
