Not yet my friends. It's still winter here in New England... but the sap's running and the signs are good.

As I posted when the last PP was mailed, "Where in the heck is my issue? Here it is, February 24, and I have not gotten my PP. Please explain." Thanks for your attention to my inquiry.

Based on the present "so called" administration in the White House I would say it's going to the DOGS . :cuss:

Dean, Now you know it takes more than one week, after all they are either going pony express for local stuff or by stagecoach for the far outlanders, Gary

Geroge, maybe you should run for a directors position. Something to think about.

I'm looking at my two English setters and no they have not delivered my PP both are culled up in the chairs :banghead: :)
Rick Losey

True enough
My setters would consider that menial labor, and beneath their station
The golden puppy however would deliver most of it to hand

Our Setters didn't deliver mine either. Indians must have ambushed the sled in NY??

The Pony Rider just headed back down the trail a few moments ago, inside the leather satchel he left was my Parker Pages. Looks to be a fine Sunday afternoon read when combined with a glass of Knob Creek Kentucky Bourbon. :)

Buddy- I have seen how much work Directors do. I will settle for slow delivery!!!

OK I will shut up- my wife just handed me mine along with 3 electric bills for the farm. She has no idea of the value of PP.
Anyway I ripped open the protective sleeve , skimmed it and have partially made my priority list.
Craig Larter you duck nut- I am reading about your Marsh first.
Then I'm gonna let Brian Dudley try and educate me.. good luck with that Brian.
Next a Chicken Coop Parker- just looking at the pictures made me inspired to finish two 10 gauge Parkers that are disassembled in my gun room.
God isn't the arrival of PP a blessed event?
Thanks to Dean-o.

Craig Larter- nice article. I like the touch of using the old poster and vintage photos.

I agree Bob. It is a great issue with variety- history, technology, reminiscing and news. My ONLY complaint is that we need more color and that's not Dean's fault nor does he have any say. It's budget related.
I would gladly pay a little more in dues and have more color pictures.

Just got mine yesterday and only skimmed it. Haven't had much of a chance to do much else but am relishing the time that I can thoughtfully digest it. It does look good!

Shooting Sportsman, Sporting Classics, Double Gun Journal, and others; all are good but no comparison to reading Parker Pages. If it was larger, I probably would have an even bigger problem with my obsession with Parkers on the home front. Just a great publication that is much enjoyed and appreciated. Thanks for a really excellent publication and for all who make it possible for us. Much appreciated.

wouldn't you love to be able to track some things
I had something mailed from Maine to upstate NY with tracking once, I followed it across the mid-south - then to the western plains and eventually to California - where it sat
I called the shipper - they said they would send a replacement and recall the lost package
a week or so later - both packages arrived on the same day

I believe the stage coach that delivers my Parker Pages must have broke a axel but should be repaired and in my hands soon. Thomas

Could be the mail person hasn't finished reading it yet, it was a very good issue. Mine had taken a while to come in and that's what I guessed had happened.

Our publisher is located in Traverse City, Michigan.
Some 1,500 copies of Parker Pages were shipped to the U.S. Post Office on February 24 and mailed out from Traverse City on that date.
There is no good reason why even one member wouldn't have his copy by now, almost three weeks after it was mailed.
If you don't have yours yet, the problem lies with the USPS.
My recommendation is to give it another week or so and if Parker Pages still hasn't arrived at your mailbox you should contact James Hall and ask him to send you a copy. He doesn't have many extra copies but he receives some extras for just this purpose.

All is well with the world..... Parker Pages has arrived unblemished, here in Western New York.

Eric, I sincerely hope yours arrives soon as this edition appears to be a dandy!
