An enthusiastic daughter, a restored Trojan 20 gauge, and her brace of ruffies....not a bad way to spend a Saturday afternoon....

I've got one of those, a Trojan 20 and a pretty daughter who shoots it better than her Dad.

If my sons had married girls like your daughter instead of these modern "Social-media Addicts," they would still be married today.

Charlie,
When your new daughter-in-laws make sons give up playing softball, hunting, refuse to live anywhere but a gated subdivision, won't let the grandkids hunt, insists you can't burn wood, must get the guns out of the house, call you racist because you have Confederate memorabilia, have the awful hobby of "shopping when you don't need anything," can't prepare a meal at home, etc. you know they will be in trouble sooner or later.
I found mine in a little country church and it will be forty years together (after the marriage) in two weeks.
The best advice to sons: don't grab a hold of that tarbaby or it will be too late. Find a woman who at the least respects and understands our traditions. Fathers: take your daughters with you just like the sons.

I have yet to find a young man who can keep up with my daughter. Crack shot, can gut, skin and section a deer, cooks well, knows how to reload, 4.0 GPA in engineering and math, knows who Juan Fangio is, fences, golfs, climbs things, very pretty, 5% BMI, works on cars, can drive a clutch. Most get a little intimidated by her resoluteness. Raise em right and you will have no worries but the available young male population is a bunch of cheetos eating game playing weenies or drugged up thugs. If any in the PGCA community has a son or grandson in his early twenties send me a resume.

It's been almost a month and not one potential suitor. She is also set to inherit a safe full of small bore and high grade Parkers.

I'd nominate myself if I didn't already have a girlfriend. I might be the youngest one on the board in my mid-twenties. She sounds like quite the catch though!

Does she know your trying to hook her up????
Your right she is very pretty and an accomplished young woman who I'm sure is destined to do great things.
I have but one question, where are the pics of the guns????:)

I'm not trying to "hook her up." Just trying to find good son in law candidates. Think more along the lines of the opening scene in "Gone with the Wind." That was a coming out cotillion.
On the guns two are listed in Parkers found, back to back entries. Also writing some PP and DGJ articles.
