Well the partridge sausage Jambalya is prepared !

And the venison back strap roast is prepared ! Cut one up before I started taking pics . I usually cut them in half so I can get an entire set of backstraps in a one gallon ziplock freezer bag when I butcher .

I usually hesitate to make my own claims about how the stuff I cooked tasted , however today it must of tasted fine as I brought home no left overs of what I cooked ! We had a couple Parker folks in attendance Mr.Hall as well as Mr. Jacobs and his brother . Thought Mr. Patton was going to join us but he had a check up and wasn’t able to make it . Had several folks from the Flyers Club at Prospect Hall , Mr. Sanford Mr. Kuca Mr. Abugattas and Mr. Altman . Was a nice time I thought !

Looked like a good time was had by all. Wish I could have made it. I suggest Mr. Dunkle set up a "Cooking with Craig" sub forum. All your dishes look yummy.

Well thanks for the compliment , but anything I bother with isn’t difficult and nine times oughtta ten it may very well come off the box or can .

When I get invited into a duck or deer camp, I don't think they are impressed with my charming personality, I'm pretty sure it's my cinnamon rolls. They are banned by the Heart and Diabetes organizations
