Barrels

Looking at old hammer gun with serial number 66018
I think the barrels have been cut back currently at 28 “
Any info would be appreciated

Book says 12 bore with 30 inch barrels

Does the hammer gun have a fishtail top lever? It is in the ser# range where this occurs.
