It appears to be a legitimate DH to me. The seller is probably mistaking the grade number stamp on the water table (3) as the frame size. He did have it originally listed as a GH last night. We live and learn...

Engraving is clearly that of an early D. Looks like it was a nice gun - before the pitting on the receiver. I hope he get's his $7,800 for it. That would make my early 16 ga DH with 28" barrels worth even more.
