Thanks to Mary Bowes and the Membership Committee

I want to give a big acknowledgement to Mary Bowes, Membership Adm. and to the Membership Committee for the rapid reinstatement of my membership last week after I had stepped away for a few years. The process is light years ahead of what I experienced in terms of speed and efficiency during my initial membership. Mary is a super ambassador for the PGCA.

Polite behavior is the the tenor of the Forums which was not always the case and why I didn't renew my membership when it first expired. I want to thank all the forum members and mods for that positive change.

I like the new PGCA member only forums. It seems to be working well. I know when I used to post a question about a Parker item it always seemed I got PMs about buying which I did not solicit or act upon. Now there are forums for buying selling swapping etc. Great! No confusion now about intent. It is also a good resource to see price ranges for Parker non-gun items which are more obscure to us amateurs.

Great to be back actively and enjoy the expertise and bonhomie the forums offer.

Split fee for research letter is an inspiration. It was an no brainer and got me to rejoin.

As someone that knows how little I actually know about Parkers, and who knows just enough to be dangerous, I look forward being part of the Association again.
