Hi Rick, welcome to the Parker world. The SN would let us check in the Serialization Book (if listed) for original specs. You can check on the Home page to see if there are additional records available, and if so obtain a letter on it.
If the bores are in good shape and it is tight (looks like it might be a bit off face) should be good to shoot with low pressure loads. I generally try to keep pressures under 7K psi. and have achieved less than 6. It would be good to have a smith look at it, but some of them just take an automatic position of "damascus isn't safe to shoot". Proven wrong many times. A membership here will get you a nice discount on the letter, and access to a rich Parker environment unmatched anywhere else.

Welcome Rick! I will repeat and echo what others have said.
Where in Canada are you? .

Welcome, Rick. Your first picture looks like there may have been repairs to the head of the stock. An examination by a good double gunsmith as well as an evaluation of barrel condition should be in order before shooting it.
