All Cabela's/Bass Pro knows is what they paid for it and what they're going to mark it up to sell it. Typically, they have NO understanding of anything about these vintage guns, except what others are pricing them at online. And if they can't find a comparable rate, they wing it. They don't know frame size from their shoe size or what factory butt plate should be on there from one that the last owner screwed on. For instance, last week I bought a 20 gauge side x side from them and when it arrived it was a 16 gauge. The employee turnover in these stores is off the charts.
