Shortly after seeing this thread, I received the current Parker Pages in the mail. I immediately turned to the article outlining the procurement of these records and am extremely grateful to everyone involved in this endeavor.

When I think how easily these original records could have been lost for all time through the Remington auction buyout, it fills me with joy that these records are now in the possession of the association that will preserve & appreciate them the most.

These artifacts of history could have easily either been thrown in a dumpster or sold off to a deep pocketed collector of such things never too have been seen or heard of again.

I commend & thank everyone who had the foresight & determination for securing these records for us & the Parker gun collecting community at large. A debt of gratitude is owed to those who made it happen
