Thanks for posting and I thought it was wonderful. The dogs and I have worked a similar covey the last two Decembers in southwest Kansas. The dogs and I have moved about 100 (+-) quail off of a 5 acre, plumb thicket covered hillside and bagged exactly 1 bobwhite quail. And I am not the least bit disappointed as I longingly look forward to our shared encounter next year.
