I went through this a couple of years ago and had been a member for many years. As noted, the web owner died, his widow, I believe, was reported to have not wanted to turn it over to someone else and a user at DoubleGunshop had been administering it on a casual basis. He eventually got me up and running (he had to make a new account in another email address) and it is still pretty active (if you can log in). The Low Pressure Reloading Group has moved to a Google Group (
https://groups.io/g/16gaugereloaders) in order to move forward. I hate the format but that's what it is now.
By the way, for some reason the 16ga.com address will not work for me. I just get a lofo. I always use the link

Try that and see if you can login.
