Put it back to a place where it's clean and shootable, anything further and you'll have more in it than it's worth.
I just shot some squirrels this afternoon with one of the same grade and gauge but in the earlier lifter action.
They still work just fine, the squirrels had no idea it wasn't a Benelli.
And before anybody asks, I used light 1 1/4 ounce loads for the squirrels.
