There are several leather balms available that help soften and transform stiff into more pliable leather. Some like brands such as Colorado Leather, and others Blackrock. I have used both and both are good as well as what my better half uses for wrinkles. I found saddle soap to be the least useful for this. Others I am sure will offer suggestion as well. Nice find on the case.
