I don't know? I looked at the underlying html file and everything looks unchanged but the .avi files it uses will not run for me either. Something must have changed in the server software or both our browsers are broken and will not run them. But, they don't run when I try to run them directly either.

I don't have access (nor want it) to the server system, so this is beyond my pay grade.
