I put one of the CSMC large size ivory beads on my .410. It draws a lot of comments. It looks like it belongs on an eight gauge. It is hard to miss with that gun. I didn't install it, but suspect it is pressed and glued in place.

It was soft enough to self thread into the hole. Turn it out, put the sight in a pin vise, put the pin vise in a drill press, and using a fine emery board(s) purchased at a beauty supply place create the size you want.

Thread it back in place with ever so little super glue so you don't lose it.
