A PH with Steel barrels is surely more valuable than the typical Trist barreled PH. They did not make too many PH guns with steel barrels since the PH grade was dropped not to long after steel barrels were being used on them. A bit hard to tell on condition by way of details from the few pictures, but it looks like a nice gun. I would question if the finish on the wood is original since it is so glossy.
