Well, and yes it is an old story. I thought I had the cabin sold and it fell through. The relator called said an offer was impending. Then it didn't. Happens all of the time in real estate.
However, please keep the Parker suggests rolling in. I won't trade my trophy wife for one tho, she cooks too well.
