For those that have no idea what a “fattie” is beyond what Pete posted, here are two. First is Southwestern and second is Hawaiian….

Southwestern fattie is bacon lattice, country sausage base, onions, salsa, Mexican cheese blend, chili powder and Cajun seasoning. It will be topped with Spanish rice and salsa.

Hawaiian fattie is bacon lattice, ground pork base, sliced ham, Swiss cheese, crushed pineapple. It will be topped with crushed pineapple.

It's hard to turn down almost anything that's wrapped in bacon. Looks and sounds delicious.

Bacon makes everything better! Do yourself a favor, crispy fry some bacon, let it cool then crumble it up and sprinkle it over your favorite ice cream. OR, fry it up crispy and sink it in melted chocolate, remove it and allow it to cool on wax paper. You're welcome.

Do you mean putting those bacon bits on my maple walnut ice cream instead of maple syrup? Gee, I'm not sure that would be a good thing.

I always figured an automobile or booze was going to kill me atleast thirty years ago . So eating a bunch of stuff the surgeon general deems unacceptable doesn’t bother me to much .
