Thanks Allen, I am. Just got a 2 barrel case, a Venati for now (not impressed with the latch), and a case label, a factory letter and found a pair of WR snap caps on guns intl.
Can’t wait to try it out on some 5 stand.

Received my Westley Richards factory letters today and thought that they might be of interest to some. Manufactured in June of 1955 for a Mr. Moore. The cover letter states 2 1/2” chambers. But the log book (and my chamber gauge) note 2 3/4”. No mention of model name or number is given.

I paid for a factory letter on a Westley Richards I own as well. They send out a very nice letter and copy of the log book.

John,
Your gun was proofed at 2 3/4”. You may want to call or shoot an email to WR to get them to correct the letter. They charge enough for them they make it right. Ken |

Thanks Ken, it’s been addressed and I’m happy to report I received confirmation this morning that it’s being resolved.
Addendum: Correct letter was quickly reissued, shipped and received on 5/4/26. Very responsive and went above expectations in my opinion. Carry on
