Bore Striations

have seen this too but had never given it any thought...must not be much to worry about ive shot some guns that barrelslooked rough...only had one gun to blow was a 28 ga. auto with steel barrel...when my dad had bought the gun i looked down the barrel and there was a ring inside of barrel about 20 inches down the barrel...told the seller he said he would replace barrel if something happened...well first squirl hunt that barrel blew up...saker replaced barrel...no injuries to me but made me think more.... . charlie
