Hi Unregistered,
On July 29th, this site will be moving..! No, really - it's "moving" to another physical location - including servers, gateways, routers - everything - including my coffee cup...
So, from the date of July 29th through July 30 or 31 (shooting for these dates, but - as always, I'm at the mercy of my ISP who has to install the lines to the new location - and we actually get them running ;) ). But - this site, cloud servers and main web will be OFF LINE.
Now, please save these dates!! Please - don't be "that guy" who emails me on the 30th to tell me you "can't open the Parker Website". I'll already know it is offline - and also know that you are "that guy"...
I'll take this notice up and down over the next week or so - and leave it up during the final few days before shutting it off on the 29th..
John D.

I have the pleasure of owning nine Parker Shotguns but the most important one, which started me on my quest to collect more, is a 12 gauge VH, with untouched screws, original hang tags, made in 1924. The gun belong to my grandfather, then my father and then me. My father’s wish was that the gun be passed from son to son. The gun sits in the gun safe with a tag on it to “give to Scott.” My son never cared for hunting but liked to shoot target and appreciated the beauty of the Parker as a family heirloom. My daughter is the hunter and we have deer hunted together for the past 14 years. We have all had tragedies in our lives and mine was six months ago today when Scott passed away. Scott had no heirs. The tag still hangs on Scott’s grandfather’s gun that my daughter will now inherit with a request not to remove the tag as it is passed on to her sons along with my other Parker shotguns. Gentlemen, it is strange how we are connected to our Parker’s in so many different ways. I just thought, after reading this thread, and on this particular date, I would kick in my two cents.
