Jeff: From 1895 through the 1902 GAH at Inanimate Targets, Sporting Life reported the gun, powder and shells used by competitors in most major shoots, and the information can be gleaned using the la84foundationarchives

I did have links to the Sporting Life pages, almost none of which work now since the site was "upgraded"

After 1902, about the only way to confirm guns used is through the ads in Sporting Life and other sporting magazines

E.C. Griffith, winner of both the 1901 GAH at Live Birds and at Targets



Sam Huntley and J.B. Platt mentioned in the 1915 Forest & Stream and then in a Parker ad
