I think you guys are just having a good time with Jeff and me.  I just passed our McNeil Trucking Company USPS contractor not far from the house and I was tempted to ask him if I could look in the cab of his truck.  I can visualize him reading our copies of PP on his lunch break.  Jeff is right, we are always last, but Hick said he thinks his came before Christmas.  What a tease!

Hey Bobwhite, what town in Illinois you from? I've probably asked you that before and if I have I'm sorry.

I'm originally from Johnston City right down in the bottom of the state myself.

Markethunter,

I met you at the 2003 PGCA Ohio get-together.  I believe you and John were discussing the 'Old Reliable'!   I live n/w of Johnston City, about 30 mi. west of St. Louis, MO, called Highland, IL.  Your area down south used to have some great goose hunting years ago, until Mother Nature slowly changed their patterns.  Now the duck hunting is very good and just completed their season.

Tomorrow is the last day of our IL quail season and it was not too bad.  Just getting out with the dogs and friends is great with some birds in the bag, a bonus!  Good luck on your next trip overseas, Destry.
