Murphys will just clean off any oils and grime on the surface of the wood and may dull the surface. Furniture polish will just give it a luster for a short period of time.
What I do it save the photos to a photbucket account and copy the HTML code and save to the body of the posting. There are probably better directions than that on here someplace.
