Default Ventilated Rib

Question.... does anyone know if PR ever offered or made a gun
with a ventilated rib? Possibly on a special order A1Special. I do not
recall any literature mentioning one.
Thanks! Thanks

I have an order for a vent rib .410 BHE, with a deposit confirmed. I don't think the order has much collector value. I dig it out every few years and share a drink of good single malt with the order. As you can imagine, the order was never completed.

Bill...If that order could only have been filled! What a sweet little gun that would've been! Oh well "if" is the two middle letters of life! 😊

I know of a BHE 32 inch vent rib 410 that has been authenticated by some of the more knowledgeable people here.

There's a strong possibility that there may be an A-1 Special Repro with a ventilated rib out there somewhere. See the last paragraph of the left hand column from this Parker Reproductions Shot Show Newsletter.

Greg... thanks for the posting of the newsletter . Also, PR related to VR's under the
Drawing Board column. I have not yet seen one. Do you happen to know the date
of the Shot Show newsletter?

Don't hold me to it, but I believe it was from 1988.
