While this is substantially the same picture as in TPS and may be familiar to some, sometimes its good to remember what was done.

Note the repeating damascus iron and steel threads spelling out "TERRELL" along the length of the barrel. Viewers may have to enlarge the photo to see detail. This is the only known Parker with this feature although I understand it is known in other maker's guns.

Mr. Terrell was a barrel buyer for Parker. This gun was displayed at the PGCA annual meeting in Louisville several years ago.

i have read about two or three such barrels but i have never seen one. very cool

Thanks Bruce for getting that story ironed out for me. So much intresting information from you guys I'm going to need help getting it all stright. To bad the owner is not a fourm person.

Did I read somewhere that there is a"Remington damascus"?
