Well, not really "compromised". More than a few owners of Repros have had the poor original colors removed and had finishers like Doug Turnbull apply real bone charcoal case colors with excellent results. I kind of like the bare look of the gun in the pictures. I don't know if it will rust or not.

I think I've talked the owner of this gun into joining PGCA. He's anxious to learn more about his special Parker repro, and I can't think of a better place for it! Thanks all for your responses. This third party thing isn't working very well.
