Even a stock from a 2-frame may not fit really well. They were all just a little bit different. However, you may get lucky - every once in a while an orphaned part from one gun fits perfectly to an adoptive Parker.

That stock on eBay is mine.
A number 1 frame stock would be narrower at the head than a 2 frame stock. In some cases, if an original 1 frame stock had some extra wood thickness at the head, it MAY fit a paticular 2 frame action. As dean said, it is a crap shoot even within frame sizes. I have listed measurements in the auction for that stock. Best thing is to compare them to your frame.
