When we first moved to North Missouri and we’re looking to buy a house, we saw several words/acronyms in the sale listings. We soon discovered that “modern bathroom” meant outhouse in the yard, and OTH meant indoor plumbing that emptied “Over The Hill”. Still lots of OTH in the unregulated county.
